Registration information

Registration for Official Delegations

The invitation to the 2014 Summit for official delegations is provided to each TMB and JTRC representative from member and observer countries and organisations; these representatives are responsible for coordinating the official delegation.

However, each member of an official delegation must be registered for the Summit. Registration can be completed in two ways - either via the online portal (for individual registrations) or via the Registration Help Desk (for group registrations). Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

1. Online Registration

Please note:
Accommodation at official Summit hotels can be booked during the registration process. You are also able to re-enter the registration portal at a later stage to do this, however, due to high demand, we would recommend that you book accommodation at the time of registering to ensure that you are able to secure a hotel room at one of the official hotels. 

2. Registration via the Help Desk
