What does my registration fee cover?

Registration to the Summit covers the three-day event, including attendance at plenary and panel sessions, side events, networking lunches and dinners, technical tours, some cultural tours, shuttle buses between the conference centre and official hotels, hotel transfers by shuttle buses to and from the airport and train stations, free public transport and a daily printed programme.

Do I have to register for the entire event even if I only want to attend for one day?
Yes, even if you plan to attend only part of the Summit activities, you will need to register for the whole event.

Can I re-enter the online registration portal to change details of my registration?
Yes, you can re-enter the portal at any time using your login details, and follow the instructions for making changes to your registration.

How do I collect my Summit participant badge?
You can collect your badge at the Summit Registration Desk when you arrive at Conference Center Leipzig. Please note that photo ID is required to collect your badge.
